Few years later when she was 19, doctor tested her blood and diagnosed with Von Willerbrand diseases. This is a lifelong disorder that prevents blood from clotting properly. But still the girl was far from the cure.
Doctors suggested her different treatments. One of them was hysterectomy in order to stop her from uncontrollable bleedings. But she refused considering that she is too young now to determinate if she will have children or not.
Women lose in average from 20 to 60ml of blood throughout the course of their period.
Anything above 80ml is considered as heavy bleed and can you imagine this girl is losing 500ml in four days.
Despite the fact she had her diagnosis set by doctors, she still suffer.
She had used synthetic drug, but after years of using she started to experience terrible side effects.

Millions of Women Forced Into Risky C-Sections Because of One Easily Preventable Mistake
The World Health Organization has called for the removal of unnecessary birth interventions as early as in 1996, and yet two decades later the opposite has happened — raising serious questions as to whether hospitals are really putting the health of mothers over profits.
Since the WHO’s declaration, more and more women have actually been pressured into having unnecessary C-sections and other risky procedures, such as an assisted delivery with a vacuum or with forceps.
In 2014 32.2% of all women giving birth in the U.S. delivered a baby by Cesarean delivery (a 60% increase since 1996), according to the CDC, a total of 1,284,551 women.
While having a C-section is in some cases a life-saving procedure, new evidence shows that most of them done today are absolutely unnecessary, and are done because of outdated research or medical staff’s impatience.
The American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology published a study this March that showed that allowing women to have just one extra hour to deliver a baby would cut the number of C-sections performed in half. In the study, women who were given the usual three hours for labor, had to rely on C-section delivery in 43.2% of cases; women who were given four hours – in 19.5% of cases. All of them had epidural anesthesia beforehand.

If we could cut the rates of C-sections by half, we would save more than half a million women a year from an unnecessary surgical procedure and its many risks. And to do that the medical system needs to completely rethink its guidelines, and how we treat pregnancy.
The Delivery Recommendations are Still Used from the 1800s
The current American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommendations allow a woman three hours to deliver with an epidural anesthesia and two hours without an epidural anesthesia. And where did these guidelines came from? – An opinion of doctors from the 1800s, according to Dr. Alexis Gimovsky at Thomas Jefferson University in Pennsylvania, reported The Huffington Post.
“Since [the 1800s], there’s really only been retrospective data used to validate that guideline,” said Dr. Gimovsky, and it hasn’t been looked at since 1950s.
When it comes to C-sections we are using guidelines that are horribly outdated.
“…Today’s obstetricians may be rushing to do Cesarean sections too soon because they’re using an out-of-date yardstick for how long a ‘normal’ labor should take,” reported NPR.
Common Medical Interventions that Prevent Normal Deliveries Today
Normal delivery by definition means “no routine medical interventions.” In a normal delivery labor starts naturally, progresses at its own speed, and results in a vaginal birth.

In 1950s that was a more common occurrence, and two hours of labor was enough for a successful natural delivery.
But today women are receiving medical interventions that make it hard and sometimes impossible to use the same time frame. These disruptors include: medications that induce and speed up labor, not allowing enough time for delivery, pain medications, and epidurals, according to the American College of Nurse-Midwives.
The most common procedure is epidural anesthesia used for pain control. It prolongs the time it takes to deliver by 40-90 minutes on average, but may delay it even longer.
More than half of the women also get medications in order to induce or speed up labor.
All these interventions can be emotionally traumatic for the mother and the baby, which disrupts the important bonding process right after the birth.
And all of the above interventions increase the chances of a C-section, which has its own risks that few seem to realize.
Unnecessary C-sections come with Unnecessary Risks
A C-section is a type of an abdominal surgery, where a surgical incision is made in the mother’s abdomen and uterus in order to deliver a baby.
This procedure has serious risks, both for the mother and the baby. It puts the mother at risk for infection, hemorrhage (blood loss), injury to organs and adhesions (scar tissue on the inside), and even death of the mother. It also comes with emotional trauma, according to the American Pregnancy Association.
Between 1 in 100 and 6 in 100 woman will require a blood transfusion after a C-section. About 2 in 100 will have organ inquires, especially bowel and bladder.
The risks for the baby are: breathing problems, low APGAR scores (a common test done to assess newborns overall well-being), and fetal injury (1 in 100 babies will be cut during the surgery).
After The Huffington Post reported that too many women are getting unnecessary C-sections, many women shared in the comments that some doctors almost “bullied” them into getting a C-section. While a C-section is needed in some cases, it is important for the mother to do her own research, listen to her body and find a doctor or other medical assistance that she can trust to have her best interest in mind, and think critically based on the situation instead of blindly following an outdated guideline.
Find a Hospital or a Midwife that will Help Avoid C-Section
Consumer Reports has created a hospitals rating report for 22 states in the U.S. for avoiding C-sections. This guide is useful for finding the best hospital if you live in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
Another option is finding a certified midwife, a person who assists in childbirth, from the American College of Nurse-Midwives search system. Midwives can attend births that happen in hospitals, in freestanding birth centers, or in homes. This option is getting more popular.
In 2009 8% of all births were attended by a midwife, and that number is slowly increasing each year. Midwifes take a holistic approach, but there might be one simple but most important aspect to what makes them great at avoiding C-sections according to Professor Eugene Declercq from the Boston University School of Public Health — “(midwives) have more patience.”

“Plant-based whole foods are the most powerful disease-modifying tools available to practitioners — more powerful than any drugs or surgeries,” said Dr. Weiss.

Plants have been used since ancient times, we are aware of plant and herb benefits for our health, and still we run straight to pharmacy whenever we are sick.Even the diets have become full with processed and preserved food that causes various diseases in our bodies.Dr. Weiss is practicing the advice from the father of medicine:

She is cooking, sewing and walking around town. I’m not saying it’s easy, but she seized the opportunity and she is transformed.”
Dr. Weiss prescript her a strict diet with grains (sweet potatoes and whole-grain brown rice), steamed greens (spinach and kale) fruit (wild organic blueberries) and water.According to Angelina’s daughter, she stopped taking medications for blood pressure after 2 weeks.This success made Angelina’s daughter, Suarez and her sister to try the same diet, and they lost around 40 pounds.
90 families are part of the farmacy.
Today 90 families are part of the “Farmacy” and they volunteer as a membership fee, harvesting vegetables and selecting weeds. This is a great exercise for them, but they also eat healthy food and they are involved in the process of food production.
“Human health is directly related to the health of the environment, the production of food and how it is grown,” said Dr. Weiss, who also got his undergraduate degree in botany from Rutgers College of Arts in Science. “I see this farm as an opportunity for me to take everything I’ve done all my life, all the biology and chemistry of plants I have studied, and link them to the human biological system.”
A recent study, in addition to spread awareness about nutrition and food, showed that people who work in the earth, like gardening, make contact with bacteria from the soil which releases serotonin and helps them to feel happier and smarter.

What’s Really In My Nutella?
Sugar
It’s no surprise that the number one ingredient in Nutella is refined sugar. A whopping 21 grams in 2 Tbs! This is equivalent to an Oh Henry bar or three lollipops. There aren’t many people who would eat lollipops and candy bars for breakfast. One mother even sued the company for making claims that Nutella is a healthy whole food to feed her daughter.
On top of the heinous amount of sugar, they aren’t even using real sugar. Genetically modified sugar beets are a cheap sweetener that many big companies use to save money. Independent studies show major health implications from GMO “frankenfoods”, such as digestive problems, liver and kidney toxicity, and in the case of sugar beets, increased risk of diabetes (and you can read my previous articleMajor Study Links GMOs To Liver/Kidney Damage, Cancer and Severe Hormonal Disruptions.
Palm Oil
Palm oil is a controversial ingredient as its production is unsustainable and destroying important and fragile ecosystems. Though it is a healthy saturated fat (which is fine if consumed in moderation), the method of procuring it involves unsavory practices like massive deforestation, indigenous rights abuses and animal cruelty. The WWF (World Wildlife Fund) states that the equivalent of 300 football fields of rainforest are cleared every hour to make way for more palm oil production.
Soy Lecithin
This ubiquitous ingredient is present in nearly all processed food. A by-product of soy oil production, soy lecithin is used as an emulsifying agent.
Soy is another one of those pseudo health foods touted by the FDA to be part of a healthy diet. What they’ve failed to realize is nearly all soy is genetically modified, and it’s a substance with markedly high levels of xenoestrogens. These xenoestrogens are part of the reason reproductive cancer rates are soaring, they can cause low levels of testosterone in men, early onset of puberty, thyroid problems and more.
The soy industry has to be one of the sneakiest out there. Nearly all commercial livestock in North America are fed GMO soy. We are only beginning to see the implications of this food in our society. Bottom line, soy is in most processed food, make your own goodies and you won’t have to worry about it.
Vanillin
Vanillin is an artificial flavoring agent made entirely from chemicals devised in a lab to trick your taste-buds into believing it’s the real thing.

Corporations save big money using fake additives like these. This chemical food is highly addictive, the excitatory qualities of vanillin throw your brain cells into overdrive, causing a short term boost in serotonin only to knock you to the ground ten minutes later. Vanillin is a neurotoxin and you are far better off using real vanilla.

Hazelnuts
One of the oldest crops known to man, hazelnuts originated near the Black Sea. Today they’re grown commercially in Canada, U.S and Turkey. Hazelnuts are full of nutrients as I’ve mentioned in my post about the health benefits of nuts and seeds, but most often they are sprayed with pesticides. When buying hazelnuts try and source organic nuts free of pesticide contamination.
Cocoa
Although cocoa is very healthy, and I’ve already written a post about the health benefits of cocoa, in some cases, workers in the cocoa industry are paid next to nothing. So it’s best to buy organic and fair trade cocoa and chocolate. According to my research, Nutella does not use fair trade cocoa.
Skim Milk
For decades, high milk consumption has been recommended for the prevention of osteoporotic fractures. But as time went on, its health benefits were questioned. Many nutritional experts became cautious about milk, especially when consumed in large quantities. In this regard, read about the findings of this study published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) that provided additional evidence against large scale milk consumption.
Heard enough about all the junk in this “healthy” spread? Isn’t it a bit nuts to claim such a slew of industrial by-products and 12 chocolate bars worth of sugar per jar could ever be touted as a healthy breakfast or snack.
