Artificial flavors and colorings – these synthetic dyes are linked to many health issues. One of them is hyperactivity in children. Most industries are using caramel coloring which is considered as a carcinogen.
There are always forms of bread that are healthy and we just need to find them.These are healthier forms of grains, which will let you enjoy the taste of bread.
