420-Pound Man Loses One-Third of His Body Weight by Changing One Habit in His Diet

Juicing has always been a contentious problem among health-conscious individuals. Some people explain how it is an excellent nutritious punch and it also helps the body to detox and receive the nutrients that it lacks.
Juicing provides a great alternative for those who do not feel like getting enough nutrients through the course of a day. Also, it is a great recommendation for daily intake, as it allows combining different ingredients.
However, others claim that juicing is not good. They say it is unhealthy.
Brandon Kolar is a personal trainer and nutritionist in Boston, MA. He does not believe that juicing is healthy. Even though he believes that juicing is an excellent way to make great mixtures and obtain antioxidants in the body, he explains that individuals who choose juicing have a less functioning body. According to him problems with muscle mass, metabolism and lack of fiber are related to juicing.
As per Adam Harding-Jones, a 48 year old man from England, you should not take this information to heart. He feels a lot younger because he lost 140 pounds.
Juicing brought many improvements into his life. He weighed 420 pounds, and managed to lose 140 pounds, thanks to the healthy juices.

He was motivated to lose some weight by the world popular documentary, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and his kidney failure diagnosis.
He felt horrendous and older over the past few years, but now feels younger.
He wore size 5XL and ate two McDonald’s breakfasts each day, so his waist reached about 56 inches. Despite the worry of his family, he kept eating junk food. During the day he ate chocolate, and before going to bed he ate kebobs. This resulted with kidney complications and diabetes.
This changed after he watched the documentary. He became more aware of what he was eating and the amount of junk he was eating. He decided to live a healthier life. He stopped eating unhealthy foods and stuck to fresh fruit and vegetable juices.
Weight loss, juicing and fitness
Now, he lost 140 pounds and participates in athletic events regularly. He is a member of a gym and cycling clubs, and has also completed a Mudder event. He takes part in a several half marathons and a 100-mile race in Wales.
Adam Harding-Jones drinks, homemade juice for breakfast and lunch. Adam eats fish and vegetables instead of having sausages and chips as he did before.
